Amada Senior Care Cleveland
Bob Mikolich, owner of Amada Senior Care Cleveland, understands that to provide the best quality of senior care it is necessary to support an entire family, not just a single client. He has seen firsthand the emotional and physical strain that often comes with taking care of an ill or elderly loved one and realizes that the pace many families keep while trying to care for a senior is simply not sustainable. In addition, Bob knows how important it is to address the financial aspect of in-home care. Specifically, how is this care going to be paid for?
As Bob recalls, “My mom was the primary caregiver for my dad the last few years of his life. His physical condition really deteriorated over time and it was a tremendous burden to my mom both physically and mentally. It took a toll on her health and I wish I had had the foresight to get her the help she needed sooner than later. Now, it is my mission to help aging seniors and their families so they can avoid a similar situation.”
Bob prefers to take a consultative approach with families. As an expert in long-term care insurance claims, he assists his clients with the complexities of verifying benefits and managing claims. He also can determine what benefits may be available through the Veterans Administration for those clients or their spouses who have served in the military during wartime. For his Private Pay clients, Bob assists in exploring life insurance exchange and home equity options that might help cover the costs of care.
If circumstances dictate that a senior housing community might be a better alternative when a senior needs more support than in-home care, the experts on the Amada Westlake team are happy to recommend communities that they have pre-screened by way of an in-person visit.
Choosing the proper home care company for your loved one is something most people are not prepared for. Amada Senior Care Cleveland is here to show you the way.
