D.R. and Ronda Salerno live in the Milwaukee suburbs in southeast Wisconsin, where they are raising their two children. D.R comes to Amada Senior Care as an operations executive with nearly twenty years of experience in the corporate America. Ronda is a Sign Language Interpreter with a ten year background in case management and social work. She also spent many years as an in home Caregiver to senior citizens. Ronda and D.R. see the need for quality care as the senior population increases and senior citizens want to age in-place.
