Freedom Care is dedicated to helping seniors remain in their homes, living life to the fullest. Our team of trained, compassionate caregivers providing in-home care for seniors requiring assistance with daily activities. We are professionals who have faced care challenges with our own families.

Our Difference

Freedom Care is unlike other home care agencies.

The owners have been through what you’re likely going through right now – researching and finding the best options for an aging loved one. We are experts and will serve as your educational resource, offering tools and consultation for your family and your loved one. We want you to know all of your options. Our staff is highly trained and certified. They are, simply, the finest in the industry. We offer the Freedom Care Guarantee. If we can’t help, we’ll do our best to put you in touch with those who can.

Freedom Care can help loved-ones maintain, to the greatest extent possible, independence and dignity while living in their own homes. Companion care provides trained caregivers to assist seniors with a variety of daily activities.

We do a lot of listening to understand the current situation. The core question is how can we help you? (or how can we help your Mom and/or Dad, etc.?). After listening to your assessment, we will ask specific questions about all aspects of activities of daily living to get the best overall picture we can get over the phone. If we feel we can provide help we recommend an in-home personal assessment.

A registered nurse conducts an in-depth assessment for each client to determine what services are needed, and to identify risks in the home. The client’s daily routines, medical history, health status, memory issues, safety concerns and emotional well-being are all considered during this process. A customized Plan of Care is developed from this information.

With the information from the assessment and input from the client and loved ones, a plan of care is developed. The plan outlines tasks and a schedule for services the client will receive. Our caregiver’s first visit will begin with a review of this plan with the client, family, agency supervisor and the caregiver.

Freedom Care provides service in private homes, assisted living communities, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers. Our personalized and affordable services are available 7 days a week and can range from a few hours a day to 24/7 live-in care. Our highly qualified and trained caregivers are ready to help you and your loved ones with a variety of daily activities, such as:
